Can I place an order below the minimum order value?
To keep our prices as low as possible for our customers it is necessary that we keep our processes efficient. Unfortunately, small orders are not rofitable for us with the expense of packing and shipping the goods. Also our freight costs are a mixed calculation that depends on several factors such as weight and delivery address, but we only pass them on proportionally with a fixed flat rate for shipping. For his reason, orders under €19.95 are unfortunately not possible at this time.We have set up a product category "Products under 2 €", in which many useful small items are with which the minimum rder value can be reasonably achieved.
Can I place an order "on account"?
In addition to many other payment methods, the order by "prepayment" is also available. Immediately after placing the rder, you will receive an invoice by email with all the necessary information for successful payment processing. As a rule, we ship the goods only after we have successfully received payment. If you wish to make an exception to this rule, please send us a message stating your order number. We will then check your order individually and, if necessary, ship it immediately.
I cannot specify my desired delivery address.
We ship worldwide. For this we use the service of DHL as well as DHL INTERNATIONAL to send your order quickly and safely. If your delivery address is outside the destination countries available in the store, please contact us and tell us the desired items and quantities. We will send you an individual cost estimate for shipping, taking into account the weight and delivery address.
Why does the tax rate change for deliveries outside Germany?
For orders with delivery addresses outside Germany, we participate in the EU's OSS procedure. For this, the tax rate of the country of the delivery address is applied directly at the time of purchase and shown accordingly on the invoice. You can then show this to your tax authorities accordingly. The prices in the webshop include the German sales tax of currently 19%. The amount of your invoice may therefore change depending on the destination country at the time of purchase.
